Vila Verdes

The finalized list of available property will be available in December 2005 and a reservation system is being used, which has proved successful in the past for the Canary Islands. Interested parties are invited into placing a reservation deposit to place them in an order of priority list, this gives you the chance to choose your property on the day that it is released to the general public and have the "pick of the crop" depending on your position on the list.

When the time comes for General Release, a strictly numerical preference order will be adhered to and everyone on the list downwards from number 1 will be contacted, inviting you to choose a property. Should you not wish to proceed at this stage, then your deposit will be returned to you (less any transfer fees incurred).

Making A Reservation

Vila Verde Resort

A four hour flight from Europe, Sal Island is the tourist centre of Cape Verde. Vila Verde Resort is located 300 metres from golden sand beaches of Sal Island, the main tourism centre of Cape Verde.
