The First Step

Once you have found a property which you are interested in please fill in your details via the contact form or alternatively email us at info@i-worldproperty.com.

All enquiries are dealt with initially from our head office near Leeds, UK, where we can answer any general questions you may have and if necessary talk you through the procedure for buying a property overseas. Your details will then be passed to an English speaking representative of i-World Property operating in your chosen area. They have an in-depth knowledge of their own particular areas or developments.

Property Viewing Trips

We can arrange viewing trips for all the countries we cover. If you advise us of the dates you wish to travel we can often advise on the best value flights, accommodation and car hire. For many of the areas we cover we are able to refund these travel costs should you go on to purchase through i-World Property. We will arrange for you to meet with our representative at a mutually convenient time and location, and you will be very well cared for once you reach your destination.

Advice - Because we cover many different countries around the world, we can advise not only on actual suitable properties but indeed which country and region might be the best for you. We have professionals here in the UK as well as overseas who can guide you through the purchase process from start to finish. Anything we don't already know-we will find out for you.

Our ongoing service ensures that we remain in constant contact until you take possession of your property. We can also provide a full after sales service with advice on such things as rental management, cleaning services, interior design, etc.
