Investment Property and Turkish Entry to the EU

The EU has laid down guide lines for Turkey’s entrance into the Community, maybe as early as 2010, and the Turkish Government is pursuing these goals with all of it’s power as they realise that the wealth creation of the country will be enormous once they gain entry to the EU.

Dramatic Property Price Increases

Joining the EU and the making available of high loan to value mortgages for non-residents (70% to 80%) will drive property prices up dramatically as this will allow a far greater number of those who wish to buy in Turkey the opportunity to do so - as demand rises so will prices!.

Buying a property now will allow you to benefit from the high rental returns currently available (18% to 20%), use it a few weeks a year yourself and then be in a great position to sell it on when the price increases occur.

Bodrum Area

The area of greatest UK interest. The peninsula is full of gentle bays, wonderful sea views, and the facilities are excellent - all the services are here. Altinkum and Kusidasi is also worth a look - great locations where property bargains are to be found.

Oludeniz Area

The Turquoise Coast - magical! A very popular area, and very much the jewel of the coast. This is the area that has a little more upmarket appeal. Perhaps one of the most photographed areas of Turkey.

Analya Area

Good value here too - and the advantage of direct flights all year round. Golf at Belek, bargains at Side, beaches, sunshine -it's all here.
